The Ultimate Recovery Shake

Blend this:
350 ml water
2 scoops chocolate whey protein (We obviously recommened Supplements SA)
2 cups of sweet dark cherries, pits removed
1 fistful spinach
1 Tbsp walnuts
1 Tbsp ground flax
1 Tbsp dark cocoa powder

56g protein, 47g carbs (9g fibre), 13g fat
