Kiwi Berry Glow
This glowing green smoothie has a tropical tang plus a hint of mint that helps ease indigestion and flush out toxins through the skin. Kiwifruit is loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants, which keep skin firm, help prevent wrinkles, and are great for healthy bones and teeth. Pssst ... did you know kiwi skin is completely edible? Yep. Just scrub the skin with a veggie brush to get it nice and clean and toss it into your blender for an extra boost of fiber and nutrition.
(Makes 2 servings)
1½ c spinach
½ c fresh mint leaves
2 c unsweetened coconut water
2 c blackberries
2 kiwifruit, halved
1 scoop of Supplemets SSA Whey Protein. Try Vanilla for this one.
1. BLEND the spinach, mint, and coconut water until smooth.
2. ADD the blackberries and kiwifruit and blend again.
